Expo Junior Leadership Committee
A leadership opportunity for junior exhibitors to take an active role throughout the Miniature Hereford Expo.
The Junior Leadership Committee (JLC) is made up of young exhibitors who take on a leadership role throughout the week—assisting with contests, welcoming new exhibitors, mentoring younger participants, and helping create a positive Expo experience for everyone.
This nationwide event brings exhibitors and families together from across the United States, and the JLC plays an important role in welcoming participants, supporting activities, and helping make the week a memorable experience for everyone involved.
What JLC Members Do
JLC members help with contests, daily activities, and keeping events organized throughout the week.
They also serve as leaders among their peers—stepping in where needed, helping younger exhibitors, and creating a positive, welcoming experience for everyone.

Open to Intermediate and Senior exhibitors interested in developing leadership skills while serving fellow exhibitors and families.
